Our vision
The African American Educational Alliance and Research Foundation is a 501(c3) committed to rebuilding high potential communities from within. We believe in finding and supporting the social Black entrepreneurs across the country to solve the unique problems faced by the most vulnerable. We aim to empower and educate participants to work together to increase civic engagement, community ties, and economic growth.

Our aim is to direct Black voters to their Constitutional rights, the nature of our Republic, and on how to interact with their local and state leadership to best meet the goals of their community.
Directing the Next Generation of Black Leaders
Overcoming Social Challenges
We actively support young leaders of promise who can create and activate solutions to the needs of their community. Entrepreneurship is the key to upward mobility and rebuilding hard hit areas.
